“We are all just walking each other home.” Ram Dass

Some of us have been doing the work for years — therapy, journaling, meditation — and still feel stuck in the same patterns. Not because the work hasn’t mattered, but because some things live deeper than words can reach.

Maybe it’s a pattern you can name but can’t seem to shift. Grief that’s gone quiet but never resolved. A body that’s been bracing for so long you’ve forgotten what it feels like to fully exhale. Talk therapy sometimes reaches a ceiling with this kind of work. This experiential approach is for what lives beyond what words can touch.

The Inner Journey is a small-group experience, limited to 6 women, with medical oversight and full therapeutic support before, during, and after.

What you can expect

Trauma-informed, whole-person care. A fully supported container for real change.

We heal when we feel connected and safe. This is a space built to hold both.

What’s included

  • Medical intake, so your health history is fully considered
  • A 1:1 prep session with Alisha, so you feel resourced and ready going in
  • A virtual group session before the journey, pre-journey support and connection with the other women in your circle
  • A 3-hour in-person KAP journey, held together, Friday, November 6th at SoulCare Studios in Aptos
  • A 2-hour in-person integration session the next day, Saturday, November 7th
  • Guidance throughout on intention setting, day-of ceremony, breathwork, and integration
  • Medical supervision
  • Ongoing integration support for those who need it, where the experience has somewhere to land and change can take root

Why integration matters

The journey itself is often the doorway, not the destination. What happens after matters a lot. This is where insight becomes lived change rather than remaining just a memory of one powerful afternoon.

Integration is where you make meaning of what surfaced and begin weaving it into daily life, your relationships, your work, the way you show up for yourself. This step is vitally important.

Following your journey on Friday the 6th, you’ll experience a 2-hour in-person integration session on November 7th, built for exactly this, with continued support available as you keep processing in the weeks that follow.

This is also where somatic support comes in. Do you have the space in your body for change? Join Coming Home to Your Body, a donation-based workshop I am holding on 10/10, if you want to explore nervous system work ahead of this session.

What KAP can help with

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy has been used to support women through:

  • Treatment-resistant depression and anxiety
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Grief and loss
  • Burnout and chronic stress
  • Life transitions and identity shifts
  • Patterns that feel stuck despite years of traditional therapy

Ketamine works on a biological level. It temporarily increases neuroplasticity, your brain’s ability to form new neural connections, creating a window in which old patterns of thinking and feeling become more flexible and new ones have room to take root. This is part of why insight gained during a journey can feel more accessible to actually integrate; your brain is literally more open to change in that window.

Who this is for

Women who feel stuck in recurring patterns or stories. Women carrying grief. Women ready for support that goes deeper than words have been able to reach. Women whose bodies have been bracing for so long they’ve forgotten what it feels like to relax. Research on ketamine and the female brain has shown significant, rapid improvements in depression symptoms, which is part of why it’s increasingly used alongside therapeutic support.

You don’t need any prior experience with ketamine or psychedelic work to join.
