Meet Your Guide
Hi! I’m Alisha — an integrative health and mind-body practitioner, certified holistic nutritionist, somatic guide, and yoga teacher.
I help women rebuild their health from the inside out using functional nutrition, nervous system regulation, movement, and compassionate support.
My approach is gentle, sustainable, and grounded in both science and lived experience.
Like many women in midlife, I’ve navigated exhaustion, inflammation, hormone shifts, and feeling disconnected from myself — and I know how overwhelming it is when no one explains what’s happening in your body.
This work is personal to me. And it’s why I’ve created a space where your body is honored, your symptoms make sense, and you feel supported every step of the way.
