Meet Alisha

Alisha has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years and teaching for 9. Her classes offer an intentional space for self-exploration through the eight limbs of yoga, blending ancient wisdom with a modern understanding of the body, mind, and nervous system.

She weaves together somatics, traditional practices, breath, movement, and philosophy to create experiences that are both grounding and expansive, helping cultivate strength and flexibility in body and mind. Each class is designed to be accessible to all levels, offering gentleness when needed and challenge when it supports growth.

Rooted in a trauma-informed approach, Alisha views yoga as a lifelong practice of returning to balance; learning to navigate the dance between effort and ease, both on and off the mat. Her intention is to guide students toward greater awareness, compassion, and connection that extends far beyond the mat.
