3️⃣ A balanced break-fast: Use my ‘Build a Plate’ formula with protein, healthy fats, and fiber. This stabilizes energy, fuels your body, and avoids mid-morning crashes.
4️⃣ Quality sleep: Sleep is your body’s ultimate healer. Create a calming bedtime routine and aim for 7–8 hours of good rest—whatever it takes to feel recharged.

2024 was a year of *walking the walk.* A year of showing up—not for the end result, but for the daily practice of living in alignment with who I want to be.
It’s in this work—the yoga, the walks, the stillness, the deep self-care—that I’ve learned to listen to my body and my heart. To honor the balance of **stira and sukkah** (effort and ease). To trust that transformation isn’t found in grand gestures but in the quiet consistency of showing up, again and again.
Each year, I feel myself stepping closer to the life I’ve envisioned—not because I’ve “arrived,” but because I’ve lived it, moment by moment, breath by breath. This is the same invitation I offer to others:
🙏To step into spaces that feel safe and supportive.
🙏To do the inner work that allows for deep healing and growth.
🙏To create lives rooted in balance, connection, and wholeness.
