Golden Turmeric Tahini Dressing

Are you looking for a way to incorporate some healthy fats and turmeric into your diet? Try this super yummy dressing/dip. This amazing golden elixir is anti-inflammatory, supports detoxification and is great for your brain and skin. Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed or finely grated
  • 1 tsp urmeric powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a small jar or sealed container, shake to combine. Can also blend in a high speed blender. Taste and adjust seasoning if required. If the dressing is too thick, add a little more lemon juice or a splash of water.

Tahini: High in calcium, B vitamins and healthy unsaturated fats. 20% complete protein. Rich in minerals such as phosphorus, lecithin, magnesium, potassium and iron. A good source of methionine, which aids in liver detoxification. Easy to digest and great for skin and muscle tone.
