
Raw Blackberry & Blueberry Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
- 6 oz(s) Strawberries (1 lb Container)
- 6 oz Black Berries 1 Container 5/6 – 6 Ounces
- 1 tbp(s) Syrups – Maple
- 3 tbsp Chia Seed
- 1 tsp(s) Fresh Juice
- 0.50 tsp(s) Vanilla extract
Instructions

Puree the berries in a food processor. Whirl in the rest of the ingredients. Transfer to a jam jar or lidded container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before using. The jam will be semi-firm and set by then.
Serve on sprouted wheat toast or use in baking.
