Join my monthly 75-minute guided group sessions at Pleasure Point Yoga, offering a supportive community environment. Each session introduces different somatic techniques to reduce stress, reconnect with your body, and promote deep mind-body healing.

1:1 Somatic Healing Sessions – $100/session or $350 for 4 sessions

Experience 60-minute sessions thoughtfully crafted to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll gently guide your body into a state of safety, grounding, and ease, while exploring where thoughts, emotions, and stress may be stored. Using gentle techniques to release tension and promote healing, we’ll tap into the innate wisdom within you. With compassion, we’ll send love to the areas that need support, creating space for more joy, acceptance, and presence. Each session leaves you with practical skills for well-being and a recording to continue your healing journey at home.

Workshops and Group Sessions – Varies
