GOLDEN TURMERIC TAHINI DRESSING
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed or finely grated
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Put all ingredients into a small jar or sealed container, shake to combine. Can also blend in,high speed blender. Taste and adjust seasoning if required. If the dressing is too thick, add a little more lemon juice or a splash of water.
