  • 6 oz(s), Strawberries (1 lb Container)
  • 6 oz, Black Berries 1 Container 5/6 – 6 Ounces
  • 1 tbsp(s), Syrups – Maple
  • 1 tsp(s), Fresh Juice
  • 3 tbsp, Chia Seed
  • 0.50 tsp(s), Vanilla extract

Instructions

Puree the berries in a food processor. Whirl in the rest of the ingredients. Transfer to a jam jar or lidded container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before using. The jam will be semi-firm and set by then.

Serve on sprouted wheat toast or use in baking.
